Clear, transparent terms that protect both your brand and ours, while keeping projects smooth and professional.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxdrive. Since 2022, our mission has been to craft sophisticated, high-performance booking websites for premium chauffeur companies, black-car services, limo services, and executive transportation brands. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and limitations associated with using our services. By engaging with Luxdrive’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Service Description

Luxdrive specializes in designing and developing booking websites for chauffeur-related businesses. Our services typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Integration of booking forms, APIs, and scheduling tools
  • Use of third-party libraries, packages, templates, and frameworks
  • Custom brand styling
  • Hosting setup assistance (if applicable)

Luxdrive acts strictly as a website builder and design service. We do not provide chauffeur services, booking management, dispatching, fleet management, or any operational transportation services of any kind.

3. No Liability for Service Use

Luxdrive provides websites exclusively intended for chauffeur, limo, and executive transportation companies. We hold no liability for: how your website is used beyond this intended purpose; any bookings, payments, disputes, accidents, cancellations, business losses, legal issues, damages, customer interactions, or operational practices related to your transportation services; any outcomes generated from the use of your website. You, as the client, are solely responsible for the operation, legal compliance, and management of your business.

4. Use of External Libraries, Packages & Templates

To ensure high-quality performance and efficiency, Luxdrive may use open-source or paid libraries, third-party packages, code frameworks, pre-built components, commercial or open-source templates, and UI/UX assets. These integrations are industry-standard and help us build faster, more reliable websites. Luxdrive does not guarantee ownership, lifetime availability, or uninterrupted functionality of third-party assets.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Subject to Change

All prices listed on our website, in proposals, or in marketing materials are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing variations may occur based on project complexity, feature requests, custom functionality, market conditions, and third-party costs.

5.2 Payment Structure

6. Refund Policy

Luxdrive follows a strict No Refund Policy.

6.2 Refund Exception

A refund may be issued ONLY if: Luxdrive fails to deliver the agreed upon services, AND fails to complete what was clearly outlined in the signed agreement or project brief, AND adequate time and opportunity to complete the work was provided. 7. Client Responsibilities

8.2 Portfolio Use

9. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Unless you have purchased a maintenance or hosting plan, Luxdrive is not responsible for ongoing updates, hosting issues, server downtime, security patches, or third-party system failures. Clients assume full responsibility for managing their hosting environment after project delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Luxdrive is not liable for lost profits or revenue; business downtime; technical issues caused by third-party services; security incidents originating from hosting providers or plugins; legal disputes arising from your transportation operations or customers; data loss or corruption. 11. Project Completion & Delivery

Upon final payment, Luxdrive will deliver the website files or deploy the site (as agreed) and provide limited post-launch support for minor adjustments (usually 7–14 days) unless otherwise stated. Ongoing work beyond this scope requires a maintenance or support agreement.

12. Termination of Service

Luxdrive reserves the right to terminate any project or client relationship if payments are late; the client engages in abusive behavior; requests exceed agreed scope without additional payment; or illegal, harmful, or unethical content is requested. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
